SEAFOOD PRIX D'ELITE
Queen Scallop and Cockles in a Garlic Butter Sauce are two of four new products launched by Fastnet Mussels. At thier launch at the European Seafood Exposition in Brussels it was selected as a finalist in the prestigious Seafood Prix d'Elite competition. Held only once a year this competition is the major industry event recognising the best new seafood products from around the world. The other products that were launched are:
Mussels in a Green Thai Curry Sauce
Moules Bonne Femme

These new products join the already existing Murphy's Irish Seafood range of chilled retail products, mussels both natural & in various sauces (white wine cream & garlic butter) and a ready-to-eat natural crab claw product, providing a wider range of seafood products to the consumer.
